Tricomas will also collect the following information when you register for an account, if you choose to provide it: phone number, gender, personal preferences, social identifier (if you choose to access your account via a social network), and age or date of birth.

When you use our products and services, we may ask for personal information (at the time of data collection, we will explain what information is required and what you may choose to provide), such as:
- Postal address and payment information when placing an order on our online store.
- Date of birth and/or confirmation that you are over a certain age.
- Your email address when registering for one of our contests, free prize draws (“Prize Draws”), or newsletters.

INSTANCES WHERE AUTHORIZATION IS NOT REQUIRED
In certain specific cases, Black Tuna will not need to obtain prior, express, and informed authorization from the data subjects to process their personal information, including sensitive data. Some of these cases are:
- Processing of public information
- Processing of data related to the Civil Registry of persons
- In cases of medical or health emergencies
- Other exceptions provided for in Article 10 of Law 1581 of 2012 and any law that modifies, adds, or replaces it.
In exceptional situations affecting public order, such as, but not limited to, health emergencies, Black Tuna may collect and process personal and sensitive data without obtaining consent from the data subjects to handle their information, as permitted by law. This is done to adopt biosecurity, safety, and/or any other guidelines issued by the competent authorities to protect the health and life of its employees, contractors, visitors, and customers or any other legitimate purpose.
In all cases, Black Tuna will handle personal information, especially sensitive data, in accordance with the guidelines and principles established by law, under strict technical, human, and administrative measures that ensure the security and confidentiality of the information, exclusively to address or mitigate the negative effects of an emergency or extraordinary event.

In accordance with Law 1581 of 2012, Decree 1074 of 2015, and any regulations that modify, complement, or replace them, Tricomas SAS, identified with Tax ID # 901.174.850 – 8 and Commercial Registration No. 215399 from the Santa Marta Chamber of Commerce, based in Santa Marta, Magdalena, at CR 1 28 70 AP 801 C Sec Bellavista, will collect, use, store, circulate, transmit, transfer, and, in general, process your personal data, acting as the Data Controller.

(vi) Refrain from answering questions about sensitive data.
